• Registration?
Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and give us information that will allow us to
communicate with you regarding your transactions. Registration is very easy with MaXposure Media Group (India) Pvt. Ltd..
• How soon will I start receiving my subscription copies?
You will receive a notification in the form of a hard copy receipt by post and an email about your Subscription Number and Period once the order is processed. The magazine will be delivered from commencement date mentioned in the receipt and or email. Please quote this number in all your communications and correspondence.
• I've mailed you a cheque last week, how do I track if it's reached you?
It takes about 3-4 weeks to process payments after receipt. If you don't receive an acknowledgement via email or regular mail during these 3-4 weeks, then please contact us.
• I'm unsure about the expiry date for my subscription; how do I renew my subscription?
We will contact you well in advance of your subscription expiry date, by email and by a letter so you don't miss out on any future issues.
You might miss renewal notices or other correspondence in case you have moved house, hence your instructions regarding a change of address etc should reach us 3-4 weeks prior to any such event. This will ensure that you receive your magazine copy without any delay.
• How does MaXposure Media Group India Pvt. Ltd. Secure my personal information?
Security of our customers is a key concern for us when they are transacting online. At www.maxposure.in, we have ensured you have no worries on this front as you order and pay us online. We have tied up with a secured payment gateway to accept payments on our website - which is registered with Verisign, the world's best and most trust worthy Net Authentication Agency. Your credit card information is inaccessible to any third party (your credit card details are not transmitted to even us).
We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your user data under our control.
Only certain employees have access to the information you provide us. For example, we impose strict rules on our employees who have access either to the databases that store user information or to the servers that host our services. While we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration to data will not occur, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
• How do I know about my customer reference number and expiry date?
Your Subscription Order Number and its Expiry Date are printed on the address label of the envelope that contains your magazine. You can also contact our Subscriptions Department for this information.
• Can I suspend delivery temporarily?
In case you will be out of town for a while, or wish to temporarily suspend your subscription for any reason, please contact us by email, phone, regular mail or fax. Remember to quote your Subscription Order Number.
• How do I order the subscription if I wish to pay by cheque / DD?

• What happens if I miss an issue or it arrives late?
- If you spot the magazine at the newsstand and have not received your copy yet, then it is probably under dispatch, since the delivery of subscription copies normally occurs within 5 -6 days of its release at the newsstand.
- If you have recently ordered a new subscription and have not yet received your first issue, we would like to inform you that it takes 3-4 weeks to start your subscription. If it still hasn't reached, it might be due to an incorrect address in our records, contact Customer Care by email, phone, regular mail or fax.
- If the issue doesn't reach you at all or arrives late repeatedly; contact Customer Care by email, phone or fax.
To expedite customer service requests provide your Name and Address, especially Pin Code, and the Subscription Number exactly as it appears in the acknowledgement letter.
• What if I receive a damaged copy?
If the magazine arrives damaged repeatedly, then check with the Post office or Hand-Delivery agent to ensure that the magazine arrives in good condition. Otherwise, contact us through email, phone, regular mail or fax. If this is an isolated case, you can report a damaged issue and we will replace your copy.
• Duplicate copies keep coming to me. What should I do?
You have probably ordered for an additional subscription despite already being a subscriber or not communicated your current Subscription Order Number. You can either request to combine the two subscriptions so that one begins after the expiry of the other.
• I have stopped getting my magazine altogether. Why?
Your subscription may have expired or temporarily suspended. You've probably overlooked or missed out the renewal reminder, or you haven't informed us of the change in your mailing address.
Another reason might be the non-clearance of your payment. Contact us by email, phone, regular mail or fax to know your account status or to update your mailing address.
• Can I get backdated issues?
We do not sell back-dated issues but you can get it by mailing us.
• Do we offer corporate or bulk subscriptions?
Yes. You can get in touch via email, phone, regular mail or fax with our Subscriptions Department regarding your request. |
